Intervention Orders

Where incapacity strikes an individual certain steps must be taken to look after their welfare. The Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2001 provides a complicated framework of possible solutions. Our solicitors will obtain the intervention order for friends or relatives, allowing for the incapacitated party’s affairs to be looked after.
